Pole Silks

Pole Silks combines elements of both  pole dancing and aerial silks without being as difficult to learn as either one! 

This apparatus is created by attaching the silk at the top of the pole, allowing both to spin together. The movement and possible tricks can be quite different to the tricks usually performed on either pole or silks giving it a fresh new feel even for people who have tried both Pole Dance and Aerial Silks before. However many of the much loved tricks from both those apparatuses still form a part of the curriculum as well. 

It is not necessary to have tried Pole or Silks before in order to do Pole Silk classes though. In fact it is a great idea for beginners to start with pole silks and use it as a stepping stone to build strength, flexibility and co-ordination before venturing into the other apparatuses.
