These classes use a combination of active and dynamic stretching as well as strength conditioning and muscle control training . This not only increases your flexibility but also your ability to use your flexibility dynamically and safely.
Easily tailored to meet individual needs these classes are suitable for a wide range of levels, from those trying to touch their toes for the first time ever to those training towards contortion!
Contortion classes are also on offer for those who have the foundational strength and flexibility and would like to take it to the next level!
